Medical Support Services Coordinator

As a Medical Support Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Outpatient Clinics at Southern Adelaide Local Health Network.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage patient administration systems to provide efficient and comprehensive support.
- Process referrals in a timely manner and notify patients of clinic appointments.
- Coordinate appointment adjustments and communicate changes to patients.
- Provide high-quality customer service to patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- You will need experience with computing skills, including email and word processing.
- Sound communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal, to establish effective working relationships.
- Experience in providing customer service and working effectively as part of a team.
- Effective time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines.
