This role will involve providing support to administrative assistants within the Department, ensuring comprehensive clinical services, teaching, research, and community outreach services are maintained.
About the Role:
- Liaise with the Administrative Manager to ensure patient bookings are made efficiently.
- Perform keyboard and reception duties, coordinating appointment diaries.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, redirecting them to relevant Departmental members when necessary.
- Manage information flow throughout the department, ensuring timely mail distribution and fax communications.
About You:
- Desirable experience in an outpatient setting.
