Senior Sales Development Manager for APAC Markets

Nuvei is a leading fintech company accelerating the business of clients worldwide.

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Development Manager to join our fast-growing SDR team, focusing on the APAC market and our recently acquired business Till Payments.

This role reports to our SDR Director and involves supporting the team in accelerating the distribution of Nuvei's/Till Payments' products. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing, onboarding, and training a growing team of SDRs who generate new business pipeline for Business Development Managers via inbound/outbound initiatives.
  2. Serving as a hands-on leader, prospecting, and qualifying until the team grows sufficiently.
  3. Tracking and measuring key performance indicators for yourself and your team.
  4. Demonstrating best practices and up-to-date knowledge of our products and value to potential and existing clients, passing this on to your team.
  5. Efficiently managing your time and prioritizing workloads to achieve results for yourself and your team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Sales Development experience, preferably both inbound and outbound, and ambition to lead and manage others while maintaining their own quota. They should also possess exceptional relationship-building skills, fluency in English, excellent phone, writing, and listening skills, and a self-starting attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
