Job Description:

At Axway, we are on a mission to empower organizations' digital transformation in the Asia Pacific region. We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive qualified leads and pipeline.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and deploying marketing campaigns and activities in the APAC region, aligning closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing strategies meet business objectives. The role involves managing allocated budgets, researching and designing live events, and collaborating with sales teams to develop account-based campaigns.

We are looking for a proven leader with 5+ years of experience in demand creation campaigns and complex marketing projects. Strong event coordination skills, knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation systems, and moderate technical understanding of technology solutions are essential. The successful candidate will have confident communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate marketing considerations to top executives.

As a Senior Field Marketing Specialist at Axway, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other marketing leads to develop best practices, maintain and update calendars of field marketing programs, and negotiate with outside vendors. You will also have the chance to travel throughout the APAC region.

Responsibilities:
  • Interlock with sales teams in APAC sub-regions to create distinct field marketing plans and develop pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales.
  • Align closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing strategies meet business objectives.
  • Manage allocated budgets to support field marketing activities.
  • Research, choose, design, and manage live events as tactics in the overall marketing mix.
  • Develop and execute account-based campaigns to drive desired outcomes within priority accounts.
  • Leverage Marketo and salesforce.com and other tools to manage campaigns and field marketing activities.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and communicate the impact of field marketing programs/activities in terms of key performance goals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working on multiple demand creation campaigns and managing complex marketing projects.
  • Strong event coordination skills and knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation systems.
  • Confident communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate marketing considerations to top executives.
Benefits:
