The role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in management accounting, working closely with our finance team to provide financial support to managers across the organization.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in accounting, preferably with a tertiary qualification in business or commerce and completion of CPA, CA, or equivalent. You should have 1+ year(s) of practical experience in a similar role, with advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing regular financial performance monitoring and variance reporting related to Delivery and Warehousing for AU & NZ, calculating and maintaining freight charge accuracy vs rate cards, and assisting with preparation of business cases and logistic costs impacts.

You will also assist with preparation of annual financial forecasts and projections for AU & NZ Logistics, as well as annual budget preparation to agreed timelines. Your collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across departments will be essential in achieving these objectives.

As a key member of our finance team, you will have opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and develop your skills through ongoing training and development programs.

Sanitarium offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with half-day Fridays, access to a range of workplace health and wellbeing initiatives, and staff store and canteen. Our company is passionate about fostering a culture where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to make a difference.

Our salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
