We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Category Development Analyst to join our Emerging Channel team at Sanitarium's Head Office.

This role will be responsible for developing categories in the fast-changing Energy & Convenience channel and International Markets, utilizing strong analytical expertise to drive category growth and revenue opportunities.

About the Role:
  • Work with sales, category, and marketing teams to develop category vision and strategies using comprehensive shopper, consumer, and category analytics.
  • Manage retailer range review processes, providing detailed category performance metrics and growth opportunities along with recommendations to deliver on these objectives.
  • Collaborate with retailers to set strategic direction and unlock growth opportunities for priority segments and accounts.
  • Monitor category product portfolio performance, including competitors' ranges, to ensure optimal brand strategy.
  • Contribute to NPD process, assisting in setting goals and objectives for new products and supporting go-to-market strategies.
What We Offer:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, or Business.
  • 3+ years' experience in Marketing, Sales, or Category.
  • Nielsen scan/panel experience preferred but not essential.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
