International Business Development Manager

- Develop and execute joint business plans with in-market partners to drive sustainable business growth.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities through new product launches and additional distribution channels.
- Monitor and address in-market challenges and gaps to business plan targets, ensuring Sanitarium's brands thrive in key markets.
About the Role
This role is responsible for developing and managing the relationship of in-market partners across multiple international markets, aligning with Sanitarium International's strategy. Reporting to the Senior Business Leader – International, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to pursue new growth opportunities and execute against joint business plans.
Skills and Competencies
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, International Business, or similar fields.
- Strong background in sales and/or marketing, with a track-record of delivering results in international markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and adaptable cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, ethical relationships both internally and externally.
