Lead Sales Professional

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Lead Sales Professional to join our team at JPS Recruitment Group. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of a dynamic company.
About the Role:
This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the office furniture industry, building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and driving sales revenue through innovative strategies and tactics.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective project delivery
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating deals and closing sales
