Job Overview

This role involves working on large-scale resource construction projects in Western Australia on a 2/1 FIFO arrangement. You will be site based and responsible for championing our systems, client requirements and industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will engage and support our project team and workforce to adopt our safety systems and procedures.
  • You will undertake regular audits, inspections and frontline engagements to ensure compliance.
  • You will contribute to risk workshops, communication forums and safety initiatives to promote a culture of excellence.
  • You will assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans and procedures.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in OSH/WHS (Diploma desirable)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 highly desirable)
  • Demonstrable experience in the resource sector
  • Knowledge of current legislation, standards and industry requirements

Additional Desirable Skills

  • HLTPAT005 Collect Specimens for drugs of abuse training

Salary Estimate

The salary range for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum depending on experience.
