About this role

Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium of industry leading Tier 1 organisations, partnering with Sydney Water to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across the southern region.

We are seeking a Contract Growth Specialist to join our team in an exciting time of growth. This specialist will play a key role in securing new and profitable business by driving the Program proposals pipeline, customer relationship management and tendering strategies.

Primary Purpose:

  • Secure new and profitable business through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Analyse business opportunities for new work and identify major prospects.
  2. Selectively allocate resources to turn these opportunities into secured work.
  3. Lead functional teams to secure projects through the EOI, Tender and Post Tender phases.
  4. Negotiate contracts and oversee effective handover from the tender team to the delivery team.
  5. Partner with functional business units during Pre-RFQ periods and project staff on current key client projects.

Essential Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales/proposals or marketing experience in construction or a related field.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Sciences, Project Management or Construction Management.
  • In-depth market and technical knowledge in the Utilities sector.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
