Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium of industry leading Tier 1 organisations, partnering with Sydney Water to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across the southern region.
We are seeking a Contract Growth Specialist to join our team in an exciting time of growth. This specialist will play a key role in securing new and profitable business by driving the Program proposals pipeline, customer relationship management and tendering strategies.
Primary Purpose:
- Secure new and profitable business through strategic planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Key Accountabilities:
- Analyse business opportunities for new work and identify major prospects.
- Selectively allocate resources to turn these opportunities into secured work.
- Lead functional teams to secure projects through the EOI, Tender and Post Tender phases.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee effective handover from the tender team to the delivery team.
- Partner with functional business units during Pre-RFQ periods and project staff on current key client projects.
Essential Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales/proposals or marketing experience in construction or a related field.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Sciences, Project Management or Construction Management.
- In-depth market and technical knowledge in the Utilities sector.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
