We are seeking an experienced Resourcing Specialist to join our dynamic Rail Team in Seven Hills, NSW.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of operations and maintenance services across Australia and New Zealand. As a Resourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
To succeed in this position, you will require strong attention to detail, excellent administration skills, and the ability to work as part of a cooperative team. You will also need to have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates
- Conducting reference checks and recording results
- Writing job adverts and advertising online
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- Effective database management and data entry
- Promoting a positive safety culture and adhering to company policies
