About the Role:

As a Sales and Tour Group Specialist at AtlamGroup, you will be responsible for coordinating sales tours with Chinese travellers and identifying their shopping needs to provide suitable products. You will work with the retail team to provide a smooth sales process and build relationships with retail leaders. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with Mandarin & Cantonese speaking customers.

About You:

We are looking for a bi-lingual individual who is customer service focused, organised, and able to plan and stick to a well-managed schedule. You will be confident in dealing with different personalities and have sales or retail experience. You must be professional and well-groomed.
