Health Club Sales and Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Health Club Sales and Retention Specialist to join our team at Goodlife Health Clubs. As a leading fitness organisation in Australia, we offer a unique opportunity for career growth and development.
Our 97 premium clubs across Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia provide a supportive environment for our members to achieve their health and wellness goals. The role of a Health Club Sales and Retention Specialist is critical in building and maintaining a thriving membership base, with two primary objectives: achieving sales growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be an expert in all things Goodlife, able to seamlessly switch between sales and lead generation, providing outstanding service and achieving successful customer outcomes on the reception desk and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Contribution to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generation and conversion of high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identification of new business opportunities
- Achievement of the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Delivery of sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Creation of great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
- Achievement of successful outcomes to enquiries
- Opening and closing of the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
