National Account Manager

About the Role:
Rentokil Initial, a global leader in pest control and hygiene services, is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for managing the sales activities, personnel, and customer satisfaction efforts of our commercial indirect sales channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs, ensuring long-term success and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clients' requirements are met and exceeded.
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers, negotiating contracts and ensuring consistency across sites and divisions.
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new and existing customers.
- Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments, suggesting new ways to increase sales and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working within a service industry, preferably in B2B sales and cold calling.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong understanding of direct selling culture.
- High-level commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Minimum of 2 years of National Account Management experience, with a strong track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
