Hotel Sales Professional

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Hotel Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of proactive sales plans targeting the MICE business group and corporate segment.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of demonstrated sales experience in hotels, with a strong focus and passion for hotel operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to increase revenue from MICE business group and corporate segment
  • Identify and convert sales leads into new business opportunities
  • Maintain effective communication with the Director of Sales
  • Promptly organize and conduct site inspections
  • Prepare proposals and contracts in an accurate and timely manner
  • Retail existing customer base by building and developing relationships
  • Participate and represent the hotel at key industry/trade events

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Cvent and Delphi
  • Ability to be tactful and diplomatic at all times
  • Right to work in Australia without sponsorship available for this position
