Job Title: Hotel Cluster Revenue Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and strategic revenue manager for our Central Sydney hotel cluster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering optimal revenue management strategies to drive growth and maximise performance across our portfolio.
This role requires onsite presence in Sydney NSW and reports directly into our Centralised Revenue Team. You will work closely with our Area General Manager and Hotel Managers to develop and implement effective revenue strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and driving all market segments and channels, with a proven track record of success in yield management strategy execution. You should possess strong report writing, analysis and recommendation skills, as well as expertise in tactical revenue and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute revenue strategies to drive growth and maximise performance across our hotel cluster.
- Analyse daily hotel reports, RM systems and other data to identify opportunities to maximise room and total revenue.
- Review and optimise distribution channels for hotel and competitor positioning, ensuring information accuracy.
- Provide reporting and analysis for month-end corporate and channel reporting.
- Update hotel and group demand calendar, adding updates to revenue strategy documents and/or RMS platforms.
- Generate weekly HP demand forecast, providing a synopsis for each hotel's General Manager, Financial Controller and EVT Corporate.
- Generate accurate and timely results in the form of reports and presentations, while providing an overview and recommendations.
- Manage and review any RMS systems, identifying system changes, demand updates and critical inputs in a timely and accurate manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven performance record with experience in managing and driving all market segments and channels.
- Yield management strategy and execution
- Strong report writing, analysis and recommendation rationale
- Strategic and tactical revenue and inventory management
- Full suite of Microsoft Office
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management
- Experience and high level on competence with Revenue Management Systems
- Experience within large to mid-sized independent hospitality organisations
- Project management and decision making
- Time management and prioritization
