Revenue Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our revenue services team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing performance across our hotel portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing market segments and channels, with expertise in yield management and revenue strategies. Strong analytical, reporting, and recommendation skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Revenue Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to optimize performance across our hotel portfolio.
  • Analyze hotel reports, market information, and competitor positioning to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor distribution channels and provide strategic insights to inform pricing, inventory, and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present monthly and yearly revenue reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Revenue Management Systems, preferably Opera.
  • Experience in project management and decision-making.
