About the position

This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. As a Revenue Manager, you will maximise revenue and profitability across our three hotels by developing and implementing strategies to enhance revenue generation across various channels and reporting on such strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximising revenue through converting new enquiries, upselling, and responding to queries regarding our properties.
  • Accurately inputting and accessing data in our reservations system.
  • Developing and executing revenue optimisation strategies to achieve business objectives and financial targets.
  • Analysing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Monitoring and evaluating pricing structures, discounting strategies, and revenue performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with hotel, marketing, and finance teams to align revenue initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Utilising data analytics and forecasting tools to assess revenue potential and make data-driven decisions.
  • Implementing best practices in revenue management to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

This Full-Time position primarily operates Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend coverage required during peak periods.

Certifications required: RSA

About you

You are a team player with prior experience in reservation management, pricing strategy, or revenue analysis, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or travel sector. You should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and an advanced knowledge of industry regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
