Hotel Revenue Optimization Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of revenue management principles and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue plans to drive long-term strategic planning and short-term tactics to increase and maximize hotel revenue.
  • Manage the distribution of hotel inventory to ensure maximum occupancy and optimal pricing.
  • Generate 13-month forecasting, online pricing, and availability reports to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare budgets and business plans, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Lead the RevMax meetings to drive proactive rate strategy development and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of revenue management principles.
  • Passion for revenue and hotels, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Resourcefulness and curiosity to innovate and improve processes.
