The Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney is a stunning five-star hotel located in the heart of Sydney, offering breathtaking views and unparalleled service.

You will work closely with our experienced Director of Revenue to optimize room rates and drive revenue growth. This is a part-time opportunity that requires 22.8 hours per week on site, with Tuesday and Wednesday as required workdays.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the GM and Hotel Revenue Optimisation team to set competitive room rates
  • Assisting in the preparation of hotel reports and sales tracking data
  • Supporting the Groups Coordinator with group rate setting and negotiations
  • Managing wholesale agent and inbound tour operator allotments
  • Contributing to rate loading and inventory management

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Opera, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar revenue-related role
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and industry trends
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
