We're looking for a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in management, strategy consulting, and operational leadership. You'll have a strong background in strategic development, financial evaluation, project management, and operational workforce planning.

In this role, you'll oversee workforce planning, operational performance, and drive innovation in crew resourcing strategies to meet evolving business needs. You'll manage relationships with industrial stakeholders, ensuring alignment on workforce strategies and enterprise agreements, while maintaining a proactive approach to work health and safety consultation.

You'll provide strong leadership in navigating change, addressing any challenges with both support and assertiveness where needed, to maintain constructive and realistic outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the Cabin Crew Support Team, implementing communication frameworks, and driving operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in business, aviation, or a related field, with a preference for qualifications in workplace health and safety or industrial relations. You'll have extensive expertise in strategic development, financial evaluation, project management, and operational workforce planning.
