About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Cabin Crew Performance and Change team. As the Head of Cabin Crew Performance and Change, you will drive strategic initiatives to optimise cabin crew operations across both international and domestic networks.

You will oversee workforce planning, operational performance, and drive innovation in crew resourcing strategies to meet evolving business needs. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage relationships with industrial stakeholders, including unions, and ensure alignment on workforce strategies and enterprise agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cabin crew performance and efficiency
  • Oversee workforce planning, including recruitment, training, and development programs
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and innovation
  • Manage relationships with industrial stakeholders, including unions
  • Ensure alignment on workforce strategies and enterprise agreements

Requirements

  • Over 15 years' experience in management, strategy consulting, or operational leadership
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in business, aviation, or a related field
  • Extensive expertise in strategic development, financial evaluation, project management, and operational workforce planning
  • High level of resilience and proven experience in driving change management initiatives
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities, resolve complex issues, and develop actionable strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
