We are seeking an accomplished Sydney-based Business Growth Strategist to drive commercial expansion across our range of products and brands.

About Us

As our first Growth Lead in Australia, you will be instrumental in scaling up our brand into new markets, channels, and product formats. With a strong focus on customer-centricity, commercial acumen, and analytical thinking, you will unlock revenue-generating opportunities and drive growth exponentially.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a pipeline of demand and roadmap for new partners across channels and regions, ensuring alignment with available supply.
  • Formulate our channel mix and product mix strategy to maximize top-line revenue and grow demand.
  • Establish a pricing strategy to optimize revenue and achieve positive unit economics.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement growth opportunities.
  • Analyze market performance and customer feedback to inform future initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to balance top and bottom-line performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
