We're seeking a seasoned Senior Business Growth Strategist to spearhead our commercial development initiatives in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our commercial team, you will drive the growth and expansion of our business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
  • Drive commercial standards and ensure financial targets are met through effective sales solutions and pipeline management
  • Maintain a strong network of commercial relationships and leverage your expertise to close new business deals with clients
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to handover, ensuring seamless implementation and success
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage pipelines and forecast results accurately

Requirements

  • Proven experience in identifying prospective clients, creating effective sales solutions, and closing new business deals in a b2b SaaS consultative selling environment
  • Successful management of b2b SaaS sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and handover to implementation/success teams
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • Experience in solution selling to business owners, managing directors, or C-suite executives
