Front Office Team Lead Position

We are seeking a Front Office Team Lead to join our team at PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport. As the friendly face and steady hand, you will ensure our guests feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of.

The successful candidate will lead by example, supporting the team to deliver smooth check-ins, efficient problem-solving, and memorable moments that keep guests coming back.

This role is based at PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport, located adjacent to Melbourne Airport. The property features 276 guest rooms, over 1,000 square metres of conferencing space, and the Airo Restaurant & Bar.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the front office team to provide exceptional customer service
  • Support the team to deliver smooth check-ins and efficient problem-solving
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve hotel goals
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a front office or guest services role (hospitality experience essential)
  • Proven leadership skills with a supportive, hands-on approach
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
