
Front Office Leader

Job Role:
The Client Services Team Lead oversees a team of Client Services Officers and supervises the front office, providing support for various administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily service delivery across the Client Services program
- Develop and evaluate customer service standards among Client Services staff
- In collaboration with the Practice Manager, develop and maintain operational procedures to support business activities
- Work closely with other Team Leaders and the CSO Development Manager to promote organisational values
