You'll play a vital role in motivating the team and setting the standard for personalised service.This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a key part of a vibrant hotel, in one of Victoria's most scenic locations, where you can make a real impact and help create memorable stays for every guest.Job DescriptionAs the Front Office Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations, optimising revenue opportunities and maintaining exceptional guest service standards.
If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building a supportive, high-performing team, this is your opportunity to shine.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire the Front Office team to deliver consistently outstanding, guest-centric service.Partner with the General Manager to achieve financial and performance targets, including RPS, NPS, loyalty metrics, and upsell goals.Oversee team development through training, coaching and effective rostering, fostering a positive and service-driven culture.Streamline front desk processes, including check-ins, check-outs and room allocation, ensuring alignment with brand standards.Prepare occupancy forecasts, revenue reports and performance insights to support informed operational decisions.QualificationsOur ideal candidate will have:2+ years proven experience in front office or hospitality management.Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on coaching and developing high-performing teams.Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations efficiently.Proficiency in property management systems and reservation software (Protel experience desirable)Ability to handle guest inquiries professionally while maintaining exceptional service standards.Flexible availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.Additional InformationWhy work for Accor?
