About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Claims Consultant to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a Claims Consultant, you will play a vital role in managing a portfolio of claims with people who have sustained serious injuries in motor accidents.

Your goal is to find ways to remove barriers and allow injured persons to take the lead in their recovery process and access to all the things they need to help them on their path to recovery.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires empathy, excellent communication skills, and a drive for results. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes and make a meaningful impact.

About You

  • 2-3+ years' experience in CTP or equivalent personal injury claims in the insurance industry, independently managing complex injury claims.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A drive for results and outcome focused.
  • Basic computer skills – ability to troubleshoot.
