Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a mid-level technical professional, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient desktop support services to all end users within the organization.

About the Position
  • Provide desktop support services to ensure minimal downtime and disruption
  • Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Manage Active Directory operations, including user management and directory structuring
  • Support Microsoft Office 365 and provide assistance with installations, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Use remote desktop tools to provide offsite support to users and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
  • Proficient in Windows OS troubleshooting with extensive experience in handling system issues
  • Skilled in Active Directory management, including adding and removing users, managing permissions, and directory structuring effectively
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office 365 support, providing assistance with installations, updates, and troubleshooting for end users
  • Competent in using remote desktop tools to provide offsite support to users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
