We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Desktop Support Specialist.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will provide expert-level technical support for MS Desktop products, MacOS, and iOS.

This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in resolving technical issues via telephone support and face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing issues with their desktop devices.
  • Leverage knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Remote Desktop Protocol, Zoom, Slack, Teams, MS SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Jamf for desktop deployment.
