Desktop Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support professional to fill a 6-month contract assignment.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing technical assistance via phone and face-to-face interactions
- Resolving technical issues with MS Desktop products, MacOS, iOS, Active Directory, Exchange, Remote Desktop Protocol, Zoom, Slack, Teams
- Maintaining knowledge of MS SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Jamf for desktop deployment
