Employment Law Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis in Sydney.

  • Providing day-to-day employment law guidance to HR and in-house legal clients
  • Advising on and representing clients in various employment-related claims, including unfair dismissal, adverse action, discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, and underpayment of wages
  • Managing Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) initiatives
  • Reviewing and drafting employment contracts, policies, and settlement deeds

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience and broad employment law expertise.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to work effectively with clients and colleagues. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically.
