Law Professional With Employment Expertise

We are seeking an experienced employment law expert to join our team. As a trusted advisor on legislation, industrial relations, and compliance matters, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to interpret legislation and mitigate risk.
Key Responsibilities:- Compliance & Legislation: Support the implementation of new employment and industrial relations legislation, ensure legally compliant enterprise practices, and proactively identify and manage compliance risks.
- Advisory & Risk Management: Provide clear, strategic advice on employment and industrial relations matters, including litigation, interpretation of industrial instruments, disciplinary matters, and disputes.
- Demonstrable expertise in employment and industrial relations law, with strong knowledge of awards and enterprise agreements.
- Proven experience in commercial negotiations and providing strategic legal advice, with a commercial mindset and experience in change management.
