Senior Employment Law Advisor

We are seeking a Senior Employment Law Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment law matters to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic guidance on workplace relations and employment law issues
- Develop and implement effective solutions to complex employment law problems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality advice and support
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulatory requirements
- Be admitted as a solicitor in Australia
- Have 5+ years' PQE in employment and workplace relations law
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
