We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our employment legal efforts in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on employment law matters across the region, encompassing recruitment, hiring, compensation, and leaves of absence.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures to support business growth.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of employment policies and practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on employment-related matters, focusing on pragmatic advice and scalable solutions.

This is an in-person role reporting to the Director, Assistant General Counsel - Employment, based in Sydney, Australia; Pune, India; or Singapore.

Your ability to assess risks, provide clear business-oriented counsel, and build strong relationships will be crucial to success in this position.
