Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced employment law professional to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a senior lawyer to work in a dynamic environment, handling a diverse range of employment law issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on employment matters, including drafting and interpreting employment agreements, company policies, and procedures.
  • Assist clients in managing industrial relations issues, including negotiations and compliance matters.
  • Offer guidance on workplace issues such as terminations, grievances, disciplinary actions, discrimination, and health and safety obligations.
  • Interpret employment legislation, ensuring clients meet their legal obligations.
  • Prepare and assist with litigation processes, including unfair dismissal claims and breach of contract disputes.
  • Negotiate settlement agreements and advise clients on dispute resolution strategies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years PQE in employment law, with experience in both employee and employer matters.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal advice independently.
