Our goal is to foster strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

As a Stakeholder Relationship Specialist, you will work closely with our team to determine priorities, opportunities and issues that align with our business objectives. Your role will also involve supporting managers in developing stakeholder relationship strategies and building relationships with critical stakeholders.

Responsibilities include identifying priority stakeholders, working with staff to develop engagement plans and providing guidance and support as needed. You will also oversee stakeholder engagement activities, prevent duplication of effort and ensure efficient use of staff time targeted at significant stakeholders. Additionally, you will work with People and Culture to highlight and encourage staff training on stakeholder relationships, conduct an annual review with relationship owners and provide support and guidance as required.

Key skills for this position include stakeholder engagement experience, exceptional communication and networking skills and the ability to think strategically. You should also have excellent team player skills, an applied understanding of customer relationship management systems, well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of principles for effective stakeholder relationships management and well-developed organisational and time management skills.
