Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Butler. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding promptly to their requirements and exceeding their expectations.
  • Ensure efficient and luxurious service is provided at all times, adhering to Sofitel's high standards.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
  • Report to the supervisor during rostered shifts and complete assigned duties.
  • Initiate contact with guests to offer services and ensure satisfaction.
  • Deliver concierge services within the Club Millesime area.
  • Liaise with the kitchen brigade to ensure timely service and maintain temperature and appearance of food items.
  • Check ordered meals before delivery and announce items to guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Professional appearance and representation of the brand.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and holidays.
