About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Guest Services Expert to join our Front Office team. In this key role, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome all guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
  • Manage guest reservations, ensuring accurate billing details and efficient room assignments
  • Process special requests such as early arrivals, VIPs, and luggage storage with precision and care
  • Handle guest inquiries via email, direct message, and telephone, adhering to luxury standards of response time and communication
  • Set up VIP folders and ensure all arrangements meet luxury standards
  • Perform currency exchanges, process cash payments, and handle paid-outs in compliance with established procedures
Requirements
  • A friendly personality with a strong passion for fostering positive guest relations
  • Experience in a similar role at luxury hotels or resorts
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and hotel systems
  • Ability to work rotating rosters over a day week
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Valid working rights in Australia
