We are seeking a seasoned professional to create unforgettable moments for our most discerning guests. As a Private Butler, you will be the epitome of discretion and sophistication, catering to every need with poise and finesse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations, ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, including concierge, housekeeping, and in-room dining services.
  • Bespoke services, experiences, and amenities are coordinated with precision and flair, anticipating guest needs before they arise.
  • As the primary point of contact for VIP and high-profile guests, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with tact.
  • Room inspections, personalized setups, and preference fulfillment are overseen with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prioritize intuitive and anticipatory service, intuitively adapting to each guest's unique requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of prior experience in luxury hospitality or butler service.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, coupled with proficiency in Opera PMS is advantageous.
  • Extensive knowledge of Sydney's premium restaurants, bars, attractions, etc., is highly regarded.
  • A current NSW RSA Certification is mandatory.
