We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Conference and Events Coordinator to join our vibrant team. As our next Senior Event Management Specialist, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable events for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, decorations, and logistics
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  • Handle last-minute issues and unexpected challenges with professionalism and poise
  • Prepare and distribute event schedules, itineraries, and communications to attendees

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong marketing and strategic focus, with the ability to create innovative and engaging events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Impeccable attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to work a varied roster, including weekends and evenings, and have unlimited Australian working rights

Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience
