The Opportunity

We are seeking an Office Experience Manager to join our Adelaide office. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and coordination of all office administration management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the office space and amenities to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Answer the telephone, greet guests, and organize meetings and functions.
  • Prepare the meeting and Boardrooms for management meetings, ensuring technology is working in advance.
  • Manage car park and building access requirements.
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and arrange all couriers.
  • Monitor and order consumables, including tea, coffee, stationery, and crockery.
  • Assist with new staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including accepting and recording hardware returns.
  • Provide office inductions for new starters, ensuring they are well-informed and know where office amenities are located.
  • Organize meetings, functions, conferences, and training as required.
  • Manage access cards and lockers for the building and maintain the access card register.
  • Book travel for staff through the travel management system.
  • Brief the NRI M&C Team on any office requirements for creative assets or office communications.
  • Follow the required approvals processes for any office communications and ensure strong brand governance among the wider NRI business.
  • Ensure the wider NRI Marketing & Communications Team is aware of any initiatives happening in the region and provide regular updates in team meetings.

  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Previous administration and experience.
  • Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Dedicated and competent with organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • All-rounder – someone who enjoys working on many different things.
  • Anticipates people's needs and is proactive in managing others.
  • Positive and operates with high-energy.

  • Able to work Monday to Friday, 0830 to 1700, with flexibility required.
