About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a range of events, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth program delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders, including educators and local service providers, to ensure the effective operation of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and manage events, including logistics, scheduling, and participant communication.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
  3. Support event-related project planning, including risk assessment and quality control.
  4. Manage procurement processes and contract negotiations with suppliers.
  5. Maintain event records and track performance against objectives.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure participant satisfaction throughout the event life cycle.


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience in event coordination and stakeholder management.
  2. Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and execute multiple events.
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  5. Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
