About The Role
Australian Green Clean is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Events Team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work closely with the Events Coordinator to deliver cleaning and waste management services at major events and festivals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Events Coordinator with various tasks to deliver services to major events and festivals.
- Assist in preparing and updating project plans and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate large recruitment drives for cleaning staff.
- Onboard newly recruited employees via our HR system and ensure they are compliant prior to commencing work.
- Coordinate pre-event administrative functions, particularly around staffing requirements.
- Prepare pre- and post-event cleaning timelines.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers, obtain quotes, and schedule services.
- Work as part of the onsite management team for major events.
