We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team based at our stunning office in Rosebery.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Events Team to plan and execute internal and external global events.
- Assist the Events team in developing creative concepts and ideas.
- Ensure the daily upkeep of Google sheets and documents used by the team.
- Support events in the lead-up and on the day of, including problem-solving, event setup, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors.
- Research and recommend venues and vendors for future events.
- Liaise with Marketing, PR, and Creative departments to coordinate key elements.
Requirements
- A proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours.
- Domestic and overseas travel may be required.
