The Australian American Leadership Dialogue (AALD) is a private diplomatic initiative committed to fostering stronger relationships between Australia and the United States across all sectors of society.

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Program and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating programming for delegates and alumni, organizing and executing programs, in-person and virtual events, throughout the calendar year.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and deliver multitiered programs, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with delegates, alumni, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution and program delivery.
  5. Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote programs and events.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated experience in event and program management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
  2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  3. Proficiency in event management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Strong digital experience and ability to adapt to new software applications.
