Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to event delivery
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements
  • Work closely with the events manager to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Respond to customer enquiries and bookings in a timely and professional manner
  • Have a keen eye for detail and ensure all events are executed to a high standard
  • Propose strategic ideas and concepts to improve event quality and customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in event sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality events and exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working in a hospitality venue is highly desirable
