
Strategic Account Manager

The Customer Success Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our products. This strategic team member works collaboratively with global customers, employing direct interactions and scalable solutions to drive customer success.
This is an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact on our customers' experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives and craft strategies to support their achievement.
- Identify and monitor key user operational metrics focused on retention, driving improvements to our product and support offerings.
- Continuously work with accounts to foster successful adoption of key Lucid products and features.
- Develop and execute data-driven recommendations at scale.
- Develop and maintain product and billing expertise, collaborating with team members to resolve user issues efficiently.
- Manage technical issues by investigating and troubleshooting problems, recognizing patterns, escalating billing concerns, and proactively identifying consumer needs.
- Stay abreast of changing product offerings and account types, implementing these changes into our billing processes.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience, leading to greater satisfaction and loyalty among customers.
For this role, we seek individuals with strong academic backgrounds and preferably 0-2 years of experience in client-facing or technical roles.
- Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex subjects to non-technical people.
- Empathy and passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
While not mandatory, previous experience in customer success management or billing support would be advantageous.
