Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced strategic account manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a customer-first strategy that drives sustained value and loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
  • Embedding operational excellence and scalable account management practices.
  • Driving growth through smart cross-sell, upsell and retention strategies.
  • Presenting actionable insights and performance outcomes to the executive leadership team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years owning strategic client portfolios and driving measurable growth.
  • 3+ years leading teams in sales, customer success or account management.
  • Experience within a system integrator delivering transformation across business application, transformation advisory, integration, cloud, security, AI and managed services.
  • Experience building and embedding frameworks, account management playbooks and governance models into teams that scale and deliver outcomes.
  • Proven experience turning complex client needs into commercial wins.
