Account Executive

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-value accounts in the Franchise and Broker sectors. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth, expanding product adoption, and increasing revenue across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic positioning of our services as a key partner in clients' business strategies.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and present opportunities for growth.
  • Execute contract negotiations focused on relationship development and revenue optimization.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in driving business growth with experience in consulting and solution sales methodologies.
  • Proactive approach to account planning with ability to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience conducting regular contract reviews, performance assessments, and managing complex client needs.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with ability to leverage stakeholders and represent the voice of the customer to internal teams.
  • Experience working with digital products and platforms, plus ability to work effectively with third-party advisors and consultants.
  • Exceptional phone-based selling skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret performance data, market analytics, and business-to-business marketplace dynamics.
